These terms govern your use of mtjhandyman.com and the services of MTJ Construction Handy Man Service (“MTJ Construction”, “we”, “us”), a handyman business serving Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie counties, Florida, since 2012. By requesting a quote, booking work, or using this website, you agree to them.

Services & estimates

Estimates are provided free of charge and are good-faith approximations based on the information you give us; final pricing is confirmed on the invoice for the completed work. We stay on the job until it is completed to your satisfaction.

Invoices & payment

Invoices are payable on receipt by cash, check, or Zelle unless we agree otherwise in writing. Invoice and receipt links we send you are private to you; please do not forward them.

SMS text messaging program terms

By providing your mobile phone number to MTJ Construction, you consent to receive transactional text messages from us about your service — appointment and job updates, invoices with a secure payment link, payment receipts, and feedback requests.

• Message frequency varies based on your service activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to cancel; you will receive a final confirmation message. Reply START to resubscribe.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Scheduling, rescheduling & cancellation

Arrival windows are estimates, not guarantees — traffic and the length of prior jobs can shift them; we'll text you if a window changes. If you or MTJ Construction need to reschedule, we'll agree on a new date together; you can cancel a scheduled job any time before work begins at no charge.

Website use

Content on this site is provided for general information about our services. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access other customers' information, or submit false quote requests.

Liability

MTJ Construction is fully insured. Except where prohibited by law, our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the amount you paid for the work giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Florida law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of- law rules. Any dispute arising from our services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
